Regression is what Myers is doing.
He can't even put 2 average games together.

Opinion's vary and all you do is defend him. It's been talked about on TSN, Sportsnet, Hot Stove and a few other places that since his rookie year he has regressed instead of progressed. You like him and that's fine they could trade him tomorrow and it wouldn't bother me a bit, they won't but that's my opinion.

+5 2goals 4 assists since Rolston has taken over. He was a -7 under Ruff. He's been better.

Guess you must know a lot more than all the scouts , coaches and GM . You should be running this franchise . By the way did you ever see Chara or Pronger early in their careers . Myers is far ahead of them at this stage . The kid is still growing into that huge frame . Hopefully the Sabres send him To Gary Roberts this summer to toughen him up

Weber sucked last night. Just like the rest of the defense. Weber and Sekera got pinned in their own end and turned it over just as much as the other 4 guys, in fact the only good defenseman was Pysyk IMO. But you will never see Weber play bad and you will never see Myers play good because you have an agenda

Do you even watch the games . Or just the highlights where Myers has a lapse . He has looked fine the last three games . Yes he has lapses . He is still young . It is very rare for defencemen to dominate in this league when they are young . They all regress at times . Get over it . It is just getting old . Find something new to dwell on.

Correct, yet HardHat has a hard on for him, yet absolutely hates the guy who has been 10x better than him his whole career and has 10x the talent. Weber was a -19 last year. -19 for god sakes. In 50 games. Jesus he posted in the main thread "Mike Weber for Norris" who are we kidding?

Myers or Ehrhoff are our best D-men every single night.. if it isn't one then it is the other... and it has been that way for quite some time now...

Weber is playing good hockey as well... but he isn't going against the same level of competition as Myers-Ehrhoff are.

Myers has been a trainwreck this year. He came into the season ridiculously out of shape and without focus. At this point, there's nothing you can do but write this season off as just a terrible year, or trade him in the offseason. My guess is that they'll do the former, and he's going to have to work his ass off this summer in order to get into the form that at least gives the argument for the massive deal he signed. There has been a lot of "out of the norm" in this lockout season. Up has been down, and down has been up. And Myers' case is just one example.

Just like his numbers since Rolston took over mean nothing. You just don't like him, along with alot of people so he will never be very good. He has had some horrible games this year. He has also had some very good ones.

I find a little bit of irony in the fact that the Amerks beat the Albany Devils last night in a 3-2 shootout win as well...

I think Webers play has been pretty damn good as of late. He at best is a 3/4 guy IMO.
