I wouldn't eliminate Josefson and Tedenby as prospects either. Kadri took years to develop too.

I'm not worried about the long term too much because I think we'll be fine. Larsson and Merrill will be a good place to start on D. If we miss the playoffs we'll have a higher first rounder in a strong draft, and I don't see the Devils whiffing on that. We have plenty of cap room too. We'll be fine next year.

Anybody here seen Reid Boucher play? A friend of mine heard the Hockey's Future scouting report and said he kinda sounds like Steve Thomas. Which obviously we would be more than happy with.

kinda early and weak to be showing up in a devils thread trashing their team. PS, the Isles 4 cups I do remember because I watched them all, but I'm not about to use those as though they were recent. That was 30 years ago. Maybe you should just zip it until you actually win something again. I'm not a fan of the Devils either but that franchise has been a hell of a lot more successful than the Isles or Leafs for a couple of decades.
