So how does stating the Leagues and Shanny's bias make my opinion bias. Quite the conundrum. If I wasn't a canucks fan lets say a Winnipeg fan would me stating the same be bias? Kronwall doesnt swing his elbows up at the guys head when he realizes the player is trying to get around him on the other side. Was his intention to connect with the guy in the head and concuss him? I highly doubt that at all. However, he has to be responsible for his play.

Cant believe thats not even a 2 minute minor for elbowing at the least. An errant high stick that draws blood is a double minor, but wildly throwing your elbows about is "just a hockey play".... oh, okay.

I don't like the elbow use, but it definitely isn't directed at the head, unless of course Del Zotto has eyes in the back of his head.

So, if a player has had a few injuries in their career, that means there's a green light to charge them, and strike their head.
