Darcy should have nothing more to do with the Sabres, we have plenty of picks and options to start with and a new GM and direction is needed. This retool or rebuild is going to be very important and in no way should Darcy be in control of it. Pegula doesn't make the change before the draft, it won't change and it won't matter who they draft.

I don't think Darcy being here will make any difference on who they draft. I think even if they bring in a new GM, they should keep Kevin Devine. I think he drafts well. We're starting to see some of the guys that he's picked here and there now and I like what they've done so far.

That being said, I wouldn't mind them bringing in a new GM because I think Darcy has a hard time finding personalities that are going to work well together on the ice. I think that's his main downfall. I think that a lot of the guys we've had have been talented, but they didn't work well together and that's really important.

They all need to go, I don't care who it is get rid of all of them. If your going to rebuild you need a new GM and management team. In no way were we to be in this position with a new owner and look where we are. Clean house if your going to start over.

You never know. A really good coach will do wonders for a young roster. I don't think Montreal is incredibly talented, but they are smart, fast, and play hard for 60 minutes. I think next year will be rough but if some of our young guys step up we could be a dangerous team sooner than later

This Pominville trade in no way changed my mind about wanting Darcy fired. He's been the main problem, 16 years and hasn't gotten it done. Needs to go. I just wish he would have done this 2 years ago. Fired Lindy, made some bold trades.

Not being a smart ass what so ever here but, Myers has regressed and in no way should he have. This guy is your future number 1 D man and maybe future Captain, yet Pegula can't see the problem here? Pegula is asking for trouble if he doesn't do something about Darcy. Darcy has already proved that he can't do it with the "CORE", he can't do it with an open check book, what the hell can he do?

I just don't get how keeping Vanek instead of completing the rebuild is gonna make us better. We suck now so how does this current roster get better by keeping guys like miller and Vanek.
