Also Sundher wont be an NHL player. McCabe is 3 years away, Catenacci who I do really like is a few years away, Crawford seems to be an AHL lifer and Kea is a project

Kea strikes me as a less talented Z

funny his whole list is NA guys and not one guy playing in Europe hummmmmmmmm let me guess he is more excited for leggio than ullmark/makarov
- hubie

mmmmmm we have a hell of a lot more NA players in a our system than Euros, and I love the Grigorenk pick, I acutally jumped out of my seat and yelled when we took him, but he is talked about enough.

Matt Hackett yes, Larsson no.

Matt Hackett is a really nice goalie prospect in my opinion, he might realistically be one of the better goalie prospects out there.

Hackett yes Larsson no not really. Hackett was touted to be the heir apparent in net for the wild. He slowed down a tad but was also stuck behind Backstrom and Harding (before his MS)

I peg him as a little smaller Gaustad with a little more offensive talent

yea... except we got rid of the one that probably cared the most about this team...

Roy, Connolly, Vanek, Gaustad, Miller, and Pommer...

probably in that order of F#cks given too...

- JVince11

Yes, but that's because we mismanaged his career. That core was never going to win us a cup on their own and putting the "C" on Pomminville didn't help. Either did bringing in Leino. This is a process of undoing what wasn't working. Regardless of (frank)s given.

Well Grigorenko played in North America. I think if Armia played his junior hockey over here you may have a differnet opinion. Since he would be playing against kids and not full grown men

Stafford, Leino, and Gerbe still need to go too IMO... outside of Miller and Vanek...

Exactly, Harding won out (I think they pushed him with his story) but then he couldnt stay healthy. Prospects sometimes need a change of scenery. Look at Hodgson!

mmmm no youre not, and no I dont.

What euros do we have in our system?

Makarov, Armia, Grigorenko, Girgensons (who I thought was a horrible pick, I would have much rather have someone like Frk here) and Ullmark?

I watched the sabres pass on players such as Jurco (2nd), Pulkkinen(4th round, who is probably gonna be a star) and Kabanov (3rd), and I cant voice an opinion on Armia, you sound like you have no idea what you are taking about.

So.....

Of the "old core"

It seems that only Patrick Kaleta would be accepted to remain on the team during this rebuilding process....

Any truth to the rumor that Miller, Stafford, and a 2nd rd pick was offered for Ovechkin ?

Stafford because he's way inconsistent.

Leino because the whole experiment has been a failure.

Gerbe not for lack of effort, but at the end of the day the points aren't there.

I don't know man, Sundher won't sniff a full time NHL roster spot IMO and Girgensons is the youngest guy in the A and developing quite well, the only thing that might hold Z and Armia back from having good NHL careers are the concussions
