Oilers Management needs to change! Tambellini was great in putting together the rebuild, but is not the kind of guy you want after your cupboard is full. Every stupid deal we make is a prospect for a prospect kind of deal, the dumbest kind in the world, honestly he should be packaging the prospects and then going for something we can utilize. 2nd round draft pick + Ryan Whitney + Prospect (Like Reider who we traded last week), packages like that can get something that can be useful, but we instead try to just go for the depth. We have enough DEPTH! so annoying.

Trust me....your're suppossed to HATE Tambelini. There's a reason he was hired for this rebuild and it mostly has to do with that smug look on his face. K-Lowe had so much negativity surrounding him from the way he handled Smyth and the offer sheets he handed out,there was no way he could preserve his rep durring the rebuild. The whole point up to now was to get a figurehead we would all hate to fire the support staff,coaching staff and acquire as many high end picks and prospects as possible for a few years, and Tambo has done that. Trust me, this is his last draft. Mac T will be in the big chair before free agency and he will start putting the pieces together. A year from now this team will be a threat in the playoff's, getting attention from free agents and Kevin Lowe/Mac T will be regarded as heroes...and Tambo will be a pro scout for the Columbus Blue Jackets or some crap.
