I was excited for them when they hired him. But starting next year they're in our conference, so there's a small part of me that wants them to tank every year like they pretty much have for their entire existence.

If their goaltending can hold up they should make the playoffs. I don't see them winning a round because of who they would have to play but they are moving in the right direction

Chicago is going to need Sharp and Hossa healthy for the playoffs. If they don't have 1 of them, it's going to be a lot harder for them than it should be.

I haven't looked recently to see where either of them are status wise, but I think I did hear that he's due back soon. I think Sharp is another week or so away.

I'm a bit disappointed about trade deadline but it doesn't look like many teams were willing to part with their roster.

What's everyones take on draft day? Moving some more pieces? I'm hoping so. Chances of a new coach? The Sabres have gone on and on about how Rolston is good with grooming the youth but if we are going young do you think that his odds of staying are better?

He makes no difference to me either way. I listen to what he has to say, but I don't take it as gospel either. Probably a good way to go.

Darcy would have the choice of using the picks or trading them for NHL players. I was against the trade of Pommer earlier because I didn't like the return however, after seeing the picks as well it's a good deal.

last 2 TDL deals by regier have been stellar. just a matter of time before they pay dividends in the standings. reason for optimism in BUF for sure
