Did anyone watch the NHL network last night? They had a trade call that was heard by the league, on the broadcast. Gorton was the one that got Gaborik to agree to the deal. I think he's now running this show.

Also, since there were some introductions going on earlier in the thread, I suppose it's time for mine. I'm Sean, a long time reader but rarely post. I started following this thread back in the Gallof days. You guys are a good bunch and I enjoy reading what you all have to say about this team, good and bad.

I've seen post before. Defintely during the Jan ear, considering he's pretty much the only blogger for the Rangers I choose to read. Always good to have healthy, die hard opinions on here.

The fact that Marc Staal is working off of the ice and increasing his load by the day is encouraging. No timetable of c ourse but I am getting the feeling he is going to return.

Can ranger saver have his season tix revoked? Perhaps he isn't even a ranger fan and is posing as one

Either that or its Lindy Ruff...why else would his name be "Ranger Saver"? What would need the Rangers need saving from? Do you think he has moved on to "Flyer Saver" and he is now calling for Lavy's job?

I couldn't find a link. But it was on last night. A league official took the call between Kekalainen and Gorton. The league official thanked Gorton getting Gaborik to waive his NTC. Gorton sent over a copy of the referendum verifying that Gaborik was on board.

Most of us are pretty good in there. Winning vs Pittsburgh has ben so rare and we know it can easily be flipped tomorrow night.

Too much fighting in our own blog, and too much to talk about with all the trades and the best game of the year

Random but as much as I wanted the game on MSG last night. Im now programmed to associate NBC and Doc with playoffs. Games on NBC now just trick me into thinking its a playoff game and I felt that last night.

most of the good teams in the league have split the starts kind of down the middle with two goalies all year

I think Henrik deserves another Vezina, considering how bad the offense has been in front of him and how much he plays
