3-0 Rangers????? For sure the new guys have not had a practice under Torts yet, plus just arrived to barely say hello to him as to with the non-traded Rangers. Maybe that's the answer. Don't let Torts speak, and the players perform greatly without extra pressure on them from him. Maybe we really did replace the coach, but he still looks like Torts.

Ehh just shut up and enjoy the current score

Honestly dude, just shut up. The rest of us are trying to enjoy the game. Take your pity party elsewhere.

You wouldn't be excited by a player that was involved with 3 scoring plays in his first period of hockey?

Clowe becoming a fan favorite right away

He'll f'ing yeh, a lot of people killing the Rangers, I love sticking it to them, Gaborik in the lineup and this probably does not happen, those 2nd rounders probably won't be providing the same boost for San Jose

Probably just angry that his team folded up the tents and put up for the For Sale sign.

I wouldn't say that at all but the moves have served to energize the Rangers at least for 20 minutes. No question that the new guys are happy to be here. Clowe needed a change of scenery and chose NYC over Vancouver. Moore has a chance to play after being a healthy scratch often in Columbus. Brassard is another change of scenery guy. He has skill but hadn't lived up to expectations in Columbus. Maybe with lower expectations he will do better.

It amazes me that as bad as this team has been this year, people are still gonna complain when we're up 3-0 on the best team in Hockey.

Just enjoy it, jesus christ.

Agreed. Absolutely appreciate what Gaborik did whole he was here, and last season doesn't happen without him and wish him the best, but now it's the past.

I dont believe Whatever issues he and Torts had with one another affected the rest of the team.

Was moved purely due to salary reasons, as I think Sather and Torts know he will come back to form on another team, but saw our young RFA's as a more important need for the future.

Eh. Do you think it has anything to do with all the new faces? God knows we know a thing or two about chemistry around here.

eh I think it's a mix of that plus all of the line juggling that we have been doing given the absence of Crosby, letang, and martin.

no worried, actually im happy. this team needed to come back down to Earth. hopefully they can get crushed tonight and make the needed adjustments for the playoffs.
