Go over to the Flyers board... I imagine they're not thinking it's all that funny. |

Even if the trade works out for TB it still doesnt change the fact that Yzerman was forced into giving up an asset like Conacher to cover up his whiff on Lindback. Asset management fail. - Gunner Staal
So how long until they are in Calgary's position of dealing everybody not named Stamkos? St louis and Lecavalier on the block next year if things dont improve? |

Yeah..how did that work out? Can't wait to see TK centering that line again tonight.
Needs will dictate the lineup. Last night that need was TK in the middle.
TK may have more offensive upside that Glass but that won't matter if/when this team is healthy and the post season rolls around. Glass kills penalties. TK does not. Jokinen is a left handed center who wins 60% of his draws, has similar--if not better--offensive upside than TK, who, in case you forgot, doesn't kill penalties and couldn't win a majority of his draws if he was the only one in the circle.
Jokinen was not brought in to replace Glass. - akane13
Yeah because Glass is such a HUGE part of our pentalty kill! Sorry, but you're wrong again...that's two thus far shooter.
If I had to list our top 4 PK fowards, Glass wouldn't be one of them. I would say Cooke, Adams, Dupuis, and Sutter without question. Glass didn't come as advertised and has not performed the role he was brought in here to perform. No chance he starts over TK. No chance in hell.

I believe you're right, but mostly because I think that TK has blackmail material on Shero and Bylsma that has kept him in the lineup no matter how atrocious he's played. |

I liked the deal. Now they have Gaborik/Anisimov/Dubinsky/Erixon from NY. Nash/Dorsett/Brassard/Moore going the other way. I hope CBJ school NYR once again! |
