I like the deal....for CBJ

I liked the deal. Now they have Gaborik/Anisimov/Dubinsky/Erixon from NY. Nash/Dorsett/Brassard/Moore going the other way. I hope CBJ school NYR once again!

I do think Gaborik is a better player than Nash as far as a solo talent. In CBJ he will flourish.

Rangers are going to be very shorthanded tonight assuming none of these guys play--they sent down Kreider and Miller this morning. A little odd for another NYR-CBJ trade to go down so close to when they are going to be in the same division.

Their biggest problem this year has been scoring goals--I agree they just got a good bit tougher, but not sure how the moves for Clowe, Brassard, Dorset and Moore address that issue.
