Toronto couldn't have put together a poopty package like that ?
- .HOHO.

I know this sounds stupid, but it might help them. Rangers need some guys that can grind it out and work to get the puck, they have plenty of guys that can score.

I'm worried about what is coming back to Buffalo.
- Atomic Wedgie

Hackett and Larson (great prospect)

I would imagine that means Miller will be on the market....

um... those are 2 recent 1st round picks... one of their best centers...

that's not a small package for them.

and why the (frank) would Leafs want Gaborik?

- Big_Lightnin

Brassard was a first round pick in 06, Moore in 09.

I wonder what these guys did this morning - pack a bag, just in case?

With the compressed schedule, it's not like there is going to be four days off somewhere where you can fly to your old home and get your underwear and lucky coffee mug.

Are we talking about the same team here? The Rangers have no scoring depth at all after 4 or 5 players with Gaborik being one of the 4-5 players.

I've always felt that Gaborik is overrated, just my opinion though.

Definitely.

This is exactly the kind of deal NY was looking for to improve the team. Good on them.

Brassard is a capable guy, and NYR were lacking character. This is a great move for both teams.
