Brassard's contract is sort of bad, Dorsett's hurt, and they have Erixon Murray and Savard for D prospects.

I think it's a good deal for both sides. What I can't figure out is how they get a 3rd for Mason and how quickly Gaborik waived.

Got rid of Mason but took Leighton back.

Paid too much for Gaborik who is having a poopty year and has been more injury prone than Hemsky over his career.
