Yep but it makes sence hes the most bang for the buck any team can get IMO.Hes underrated here and on a team where he doesnt have to be on the top line could be the difference in secondary scoring.I hope they move him to a top team and we will miss his production. Id rather move Vanek myself.Columbus or Detroit would be a good fit for him.

Because its part of the process. If Darcy is going to listen to all offers its a courtesy to not waste other team's time if there is no potential chance of a trade being accepted. I think this part of it is being blown way out of proportion.

Better chance of him being moved at the draft than right now, but he is the most likely of the core trio to be moved in the next day.

They wont be needing him this season but also leads one to belive Pommer or maybe even Adams might be in play over the next 24 hrs.Doubt Hogie would be but you never know after being dumpd to the fourth line the other night.
