The Rutgers coach and AD should both be fired. The coach for being a jackass and the AD for sweeping numerous complaints against him under the cover.

The problem with the AD being fired is, he and the school president made a joint decision after reviewing the tape not to fire the coach (Mike Rice) back in December. Not sure who can fire the School President, but all three should be fired.
