Wonder how many games Cousins is going to see with the Phantoms next year, if any.

might depend on his court case, no?

btw, did you know the original name for the phantoms was the vampires? i just discovered this yesterday.

yeppers. turns out another minor league team had the name so they nixed it. at least according to a teammate of mine, who's well connected to some people inside the flyers/phantoms in a jersey/sweater context. he even saw the prototype sweater.

Gonna need to see some context with those numbers, sir.
- bradleyc4

OK, looks like the UMass-Lowell goalie caught him at the end of the season (they've been on a great run). I hadn't checked the numbers in a few weeks. But he's still number two and has a pretty big margin over number 3:

1. Connor Hellebuyck (UM-L) 1.31 GAA, 9.53 SV%
2. Ryan McKay (Miami) 1.35 GAA, .946 SV%
3. Eric Hartzell (Quinnipiac) 1.55 GAA, .933 AV%

Source: http://www.collegehockeyn.../stats/overall-goalie.php

So he's still 20 points better in GAA and 13 points better than the number 3 guy (and everyone else). And I'm pretty sure he's the only one in the top 10 not drafted. Don't see a lot of downside to signing him. He seems like he'd at least be as good as Scrivens (similar college numbers), who has turned into a decent backup for the Leafs.

Are we talking real vampires, as in the crazy reclusive murdering kind, or the kind that sparkle in the sun and want to have intense emotional relations with humans and vampires?

With Rehger in the fold they had too many bodies to fit on the bench. I was hoping they might throw away Alec Martinez and the Flyers might pick him up cheap. They pretty much just dumped Drewiske. Wonder why MTL had interest.

Habs needed a depth defenseman. Eric Engels predicted a depth move a few days back. Drewiske is it

Makes sense as he is cheap and a UFA next year.

Now lets talk Gags to Le Habs.
A 3rd? I'm dreaming.

And where does everyone think Feds is going if he is traded?

I'll say Dark Horse- CAR

If I'm Homer, I'm doing everything in my power to get Yandle.

If that means dealing one of our young forwards then so be it. I'd move Read, prospects, and a high pick to land him. Still not ready to move Schenn or Couts though, and if that's a deal breaker then walk away.
