all feaster had to do was say, "we'll eat 2 mil of his cap hit next year", and he would have had teams like mtl, ott, phi, det, stl, la, etc, knocking down his door to get j-bo at a 4.8mil cap hit. it's not like calgary will be spending to the cap next year.

I think Agostino could be an NHLer. 3 picks in the first is 3 picks in the 1st. the other 3 prospects are just depth, and who really knows?
The Blues are far from guaranteed as a low 1st pick. They are on the lottery line right now.

The flames are done, playing horrible.

Expected at least Rattie on this deal. The first is nice and hopefully Blues lose in the first round so its in the 15-20 range. But Still Feaster is making sure that this rebuild will take a long time. The iggy deal I can understand because he really could not do much but this deal didnt have to be made. He could have waited till the draft and made a better deal then. I think this is the Flames management panicking and hoping that the picks in this years draft alone help them get back to playoffs in one year. I just want the Flames to win a trade for once. I honestly dont think we have since the Kipper trade
