me neither. torts is really pissing me off. no asham. kreider on the 4th line. boyle playing every other (frank)ing shift. guy plays favorites and the detriment to the team.

Mitchell also is playing on a team that scores and on one of their scoring lines.

Gabby has been on a scoring line since he became a Ranger and is still good one season and sh!tty the next. Mitchell earned his spot to play on a scoring line, Gabby has not, which is why he's been on the third line. And how is Mitchell a plus 7 with Varlamov as his goalie and Gabby is a minus 8 with Hank as his goalie? Is that because Mitchell is on a scoring line as well? I certainly don't think so.

torts hasn't ruined any kid. in fact, i think he's one of the best coaches in the league when it comes to developing players. he's extremely patient and not afraid to send kids down to grow more (MDZ, kreider, let mcdonagh and hagelin play in AHL for half a season each) when a lot of other teams ruin their players by making them play in the nhl.

He's ruining Kreider as we speak. Kid has been bounced around like a ping pong ball from Hartford to NYC. Against both Philly and Ottawa he was one of the best players on the ice. He was benched in the 3rd period vs the Sens, why? He got lost in the shuffle against the habs. Now he's on the 4th line tonight. Why? Torts is ruining Kreider.

Miller has made a ton of rookie mistakes and he keeps getting thrown out there. Coach likes who he likes and dislikes who he dislikes, nothing else matters.

I'm not arguing that at all, my point is Mitchell plays with who? Maybe Parantaeu and Stastny? (Not too familiar with Colorado's lines). Gabby has been given the opportunity to play with Stepan, Nash, Richards, Hagelin, and Callahan and still can't score a goal to save his life. If he scores tonight I will gladly eat my words, but for Mitchell to leave the Rangers, where he was playing maybe 7 minutes a night, to go to one of the worst teams in the league (regardless of their scoring percentage) and start racking up points shows that there's something wrong with this picture, whether it's our team as a whole or just Gaborik.
