What difference does it make if Gabby starts lighting it up after he's traded? Who cares? He's not lighting it up here and that's all that matters. John Mithcell (9 goals, 16 pts) and Pruster (4 goals, 9 points) are super productive on their respective teams now and no one says anything about that, yet some are so insistent on giving Gabby more and more slack. HE HAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF GOALS AS JOHN FRIGGIN MITCHELL! Not to mention that Gabby is a minus 8 while Mitchell is a plus 7 on a sh!tty Colarado team.

torts hasn't ruined any kid. in fact, i think he's one of the best coaches in the league when it comes to developing players. he's extremely patient and not afraid to send kids down to grow more (MDZ, kreider, let mcdonagh and hagelin play in AHL for half a season each) when a lot of other teams ruin their players by making them play in the nhl.
