Wait, you expect him to improve on his 1.1ppg average? - Oilhab
Probably not. However I expect him to be in the 70 to 80 point range going forward.
I don't expect him to continue shooting at 20% but I do expect his shot totals to go up with better linemates, more minutes and first line PP (he still isn't getting this).

Why? - hscesq
Early 20's. Hyped first round picks. Spent time bouncing between the A and NHL.
Is it really that much of a stretch for you to see the comparisons? |

The fact that they are completely different players - that doesn't factor in? |

So no need for a legit center anymore in TO.
I could see 70-80 at some point, but for what ever reason, this shortened season has inflated some players productions, normalling we have 5-10 players that are around the PPG mark, this year over 30.
I don't expect the players that are not normally in that category to repeat that again next year.
But who knows maybe Kadri is one of those top 5-10 players in the NHL, If i were to guess at his prodution in the next couple of years though, it would be between the 40-60 range.
With the better quality linemates, he will get more defensive attention and that will stunt his production.
Hopefully media/fans are not too hard on him if he only puts up 45 points next year. |

What are the conditions of his growth for next year?
Is he getting more minutes?
Is his role Changing?
Is he getting different linemates?
Will other teams be focusing on him?
