But they're talking extension now (on top of his remaining 6 mil year in 2013/14). So, how long is Scrivens okay with starting in the AHL?

The best solution is to get neither one but if Nonis is hell bent on a veteran goalie, better Kiprusoff than Luongo.

And no, they can't buy-out Kiprusoff because the only way he accepts a trade to the Leafs is if he gets an extension hence why Nonis is talking to his people right now.

Liles/Komi/Connolly aren't going anywhere. Liles could be moved near the end of his contract or for a good price.

You got me all wrong my brother. I'm 100% against the Leafs getting Lu. Cause of his albatros contract I wouldn't even trade a 7th pick straight to get him. I am TOTALLY against the Leafs getting Lu.

As far a Kipper, if the Leafs could get him cheap, it's worth looking into. Now if Cal wants too much than tell Feaster to fuk off. If the Leafs can get him cheap, he'd be great goalie insurance. Plus Kipper has 1 year left on his deal. As long as Kipper accepts the fact that Reimer is the Leafs #1, it could work.
