The fence I think I'll be doing with my brother in law. That's another outdoor project.

Have they approached Regehr yet about his NMC? Given how little time there is till the deadline and that I haven't heard about him being asked to waive it yet tells me he is staying at least for the rest of the season.

You can work around the radiators . Nothing like working with new drywall vs fixing an uninsulated wall.

House is nice n toasty with the thermostat at 65. I have lots of other ways to spend $$$ on this place right now.
