I don't think picks are the answer but Darcy might see it different. Myers could bring a nice return as would any of the big 3. SABRES are taking a chance moving any of the big 3. IMO.

I look at it as the Sabres have been pretty bad with the big 3 and the 3 aren't getting any younger. I have no problem dealing Pominville or Miller. Miller is not going to be resigned here after next year so I say deal him if they get what they want in return.

When its a SHORT SIDE goal on a 2 on 1, yes, that is the goalies fault. Defenseman takes the pass, leaves the shot to the goalie. If it was a pass across for a one timer and Enroth had to slide to attempt to make a save, no its not Enroth's fault.

If the guy sniped it over his shoulder or picked a corner, I'd be a little more forgiving. But Enroth dropped to his knee and gave him that spot shortside. It was a weak goal.

Miller does that all the time, drop to his knees and bang its in.

I wouldnt blame Miller for the last one like I dont blame Enroth, but again, Miller is supposed to be your franchise goalie, Enroth is a back up so its fair to expect Miller to make saves that Enroth may not.

its a double standard because you build your franchise around one and the other is your backup.

miller is paid to be the reason the team wins games, enroth isnt. thats why theres a double standard.
