Being a Sens fan automatically makes you an expert at wiping out stains... unfortunately you can never spit on the Sens enough to win a cup...

Actually, being a cleaning product makes me an expert at wiping out stains.

Guess who everyone's wife fantasizes about when they're off at work? Last laugh had, right here.

Good lord how could anyone want Luongo still seriously. Does anyone at all think he will be a good starter at 40 years old and on?? People are on glue.

MLSE or the fans wont give a flying FK about cap hit after he retires if he helps bring a cup back to the City..

Why is it plausible for a rookie goaltender who has never played a single game in the league to tell the team who drafted him, and controls his rights for a significant number of years that "he is never going to sign with them"? I don't buy that B.S. for a second. This is excuse making for one of the worst trades in team history.

Rask did not have the kind of leverage Lindros did.

Reimer has those numbers because the leafs are playing good in front of him. If the leafs couldnt score these 4 or 5 goals a game, reimer would be 4-12-4 Plus leafs always play catchup
- Mapleleafs_91

Playing good in front of them like when Boston had over 40 shots and they had 13? Also Toronto has scored first in 7/8 out there last games they've been blowing leads. Reimer is a stud.

The story I remember hearing at the time was Rask thought he would always be a number 2 to Pogge, and he didn't want to sign with the Leafs, so they traded him.

I'd LOVE to see ROH in Blue and White. I'd part with assets for him. Apart from a deal like that, I wouldn't part with assets for ageing guys like Lu.

I will bet Otherwise on any terms. For starters just no. The difference in training in the last 15 years is hardly that dramatic. There is better analysis and nutrition then ever but they're not cyborgs.

Guys have had excellent cardio and heavy squats for decades. A VO2 max bike, hemp hearts and protein shakes don't make you super human.

Or but look at the number of players playing a lot longer than they have in the past.

Considering he never brought a much better Vancouver a Cup I fail to see how he will in Toronto in his twilight. We ain't winning this year so in 3-4 years when we're hopefully really ready to compete and Luongo is a cap hit anchor to Toronto then yes the fans will care very much.
