He has had playoff meltdowns like few other elite goalies every year. Chicago rattled his cage hard.

The whole team collapsed at times yes. No one pins the losses all on Luongo. Schneider is much calmer and less prone to the meltdown than Lu which is why everyone wanted him in the playoffs.

Not entirely accurate the Canucks played quite well at home but Thomas played out of his mind that series hence the Conn Smythe. I literally watched every single vancouver game that playoffs.

It's not a hate I already said if he comes I will cheer for him. I despise beyond words his contract. I believe he is in decline. He had a great career and still can play no doubt.

Does he have a reputation for the big meltdown. You bet he does. Is he today an improvement? Very debatable. Could he be a major mistake long term? Easily. Why make such a risky move before we even know what have and for what. Are we winning the Cup this year?

Hell if ya love Lu so much why not get him in the offseason for even cheaper??
