Hanowski and Agostino will do well for you. Watch out! + a first round pick. It was this or nothing

I was kinda hoping it was Iginla that blasted the shot off of Crosbys grill.

Iggy is NOT resigning in Calgary & the Flames don't want him anymore. Why don't you people move on already. This organization needs a new direction, not bringing back old players on their downside.

Get a grip already!!

You certainly are bitter about the whole situation. Maybe this trade has hurt you much more deeply than your willing to admit. Don't worry though, it will get easier with time. As for me, it's good luck Jarome, and if you wanna come back to finish your career in Calgary in a couple years, playing on the third line making around a million or so, I'm all for it. Can think of a lot worse wingers playing in that spot.

I can see Jarome going back to Calgary on his last year or maybe a couple. I believe he said he has 5 more years until he decides to retire. The guy is a gamer, just like Jagr and Selanne.

Hopefully he'll win a cup this year and re-sign for a couple more with the Penguins than head to Calgary to finish his carreer

I think he will pull a Vernon and return for his last yr. No sense coming back before, cup or no cup.
And, people whining about the return would have been just as upset with Boston's deal....actually, more so, with the 'conditional' pick. Even is the prospects were better.
Mad at Kipper, mad at Iginla...are ppl going to be mad at JBo for something when he gets traded too?

For real? The only good thing (and average) you'd get from the Boston deal was Khokhlachev. Bartkowski is a carreer AHLer. You don't need those. Plus, a conditional 1st rounder? Give me a break.

Hanowski and Agostino were hardly taked about in our board here (mostly because they weren't in the QMJHL or OHL) but I've known these guys for a bit now. They'll have a chance to play in Calgary and could surprise a lot of people...plus, you get a 1st round guaranteed

Dude,

Wake up! The Boston pick WAS NOT CONDITIONAL!!!

The Deal was easily 2x better than what they got from Pitt.

Disagree. 2x better how? Bartkowski already proved to be an AHLer. The other guys haven't had a chance to play yet.

Hanowski is a UFA in August. He wont be signing with the Flames so it was a stupid player to pick up. The 1st round pick about even as both team should go deep escpecially adding Iggy. Agostino will likely be a career AHLer, but may crack the bottom 6.

The Boston deal had Bartkowski, who is already a bottom pair NHLer, Khocklachev is slated as a 2nd line Center.
