This isn't directed entirely at you, but how can people get so worked up about a meeting where they have no idea what was discussed?
Maybe Pegula was outlining Darcy's firing/stepping down.
Maybe Pegula identified some players he wants to target (i.e. Regehr)
Maybe they are in Oprah's book club together.
Maybe they played Monopoly and didn't break any rules to speed up the game.
Who knows? Just those 2 guys. - keptupl8

850 (and that's being kind) for the AHA final here in Rochester last weekend (Canisius v Mercyhurst). I was shocked at how empty the place was for such a big game.
I asked a Canisius student where everyone was and he said they had three buses ready to go, but no one signed up. Student body came down in a van!
That was my first college hockey game in 20 yrs, and I was really impressed with the speed and caliber of play. - jacquescloutier
Blue Cross only does well if RIT is playing. They ought a lower the ticket prices to get a full building. Clearly they out priced the demand.
They get greedy and banked on RIT playing in the semis. If RIT makes it those ticket price decisions look good, if they don't, well you get an empty building. |

And Miller has been in the top 10 in the NHL in total saves consistently (with the exception of last year because of injury) for the last 6 years, which tells you he faces more shots and plays more games than most goalies. Like I said some work for him some against - sbroads24
Only three goalies have done it every year since the lockout(not including this year).
Miller isn't one of them. |

What about wins since the lockout? I would be willing to bet he is top 5 |

That wasn't the statement that was made which led me to do the research for myself.
An avg of 18.3 goalies have done it each year since the lockout (playing in 41+ games) |

3 Martin Brodeur 253
4 Henrik Lundqvist 252
5 Ryan Miller 246
Not one cup between the 5 since the lockout. |

Concerned ? Are you kidding me ? Hello hello Garth its over how about a scoop on future trades or what it might take to turn this team around for this fall ? I hope they keep him out and healthy for a future trade. |

He won't be top 5 once the season is over. Fluery has 240.
Edit you list was prior to this season so Miller will stay top 5 at seasons end. |

I'd be concerned right about now.
Vanek certainly could have helped his team in the third period of the Tampa loss, and in the 5-4 shootout loss in Sunrise. Giving away three of four points in Florida could have been avoided were Vanek in the lineup.
What if he's not ready to play against Washington? Boston? Pittsburgh?
The next three games are critical to the success/failure of the season.
- Garth
Concerned about what, Garth?
They have already failed this season.
You must be delusional, or you're just trolling for hits.
Grow up.
It's time this organization realizes that the fans are F@$KING SICK AND F@$KING TIRED OF THAT PITIFUL TEAM SPINNING THEIR F@%KING WHEELS YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blow it up, and rebuild this damn thing the right way. This is a flawed group of players, and there needs to be changes in that room. These morons are in denial down there, from management on down.
Face the music, boys. The team sucks.
Among the major players, keep: Ott, Foligno, Hodgson, Ehrhoff, Vanek (maybe). The rest can go (frank) off. Did I miss anybody? |

Not worked up in the least, just cuious about what the plan is - aren't we all?
If they did play monopoly, I'm guessing TPegs was the race car and Darcy was the thimble. |

Because he's able to. Mostly because when a backup has to play with the exception of a handful of games, this teams true lack of talent and defensive capabilities becomes incredibly obvious |

I'm curious too. But your post wasn't the first where someone made comments based on their own speculation, based on nothing.
Like I said, not entirely pointed at you, just asking the question. |

you want the guy you don't trust to run the team in the future to dictate what assets you get to start your rebuild with? Wouldn't it make more sense to replace him ASAP so the new guy can put his stamp on the rebuild? - muffin_man
