Richie18 got the wrong impression from me. Of course, I tried to clear it up and only made it worse.

If only disagreeing over hockey talk did not make folks feel like the one disagreeing with you thinks he's/she's better than you at all things.

*looks at MJL*

*feels worse*

I think if all of us actually met one day over a beer or whatever else it would be a wicked time. I get pissed off with the best of 'em, but I try to not come off too serious on here. The day I do come down, I'd try my hardest to get another Buzzgate set up.

My greatest hope is that one May, we can all post in agreement, under the joy of being a fan of the team that just won the Stanley Cup.

I've already made a pact with myself to paint my car (washable paint), in orange and black if that ever happens, and drive around honking my horn. I'd be sure to post pictures when it happens.

Its almost strange that in the darkest of times, it brings us together. I hope it does so for the team, they do have fire within them I believe that. I want to see Briere return for one last hoorah more than anything. Timonen let out a few more roars.

We are all fans in the end. Good day on HB

Just to reply on what Buzzo posted. I didn't quote it because it was long. But I know what stress does to me, in my profession. I don't perform well when under a large amount of stress. It kinda paralyzes my ability to perform, and to be efficient. I think this is a big problem with the Flyers. They got off to a bad start and never recovered from it. The more they tried, the harder they tried, the worse it got. That just saps the energy out of you. And cause a sort of malaise and fatigue. And takes away your desire. I posted before it's like there is a virus running through this team. And they can't get rid of it. We can debate the reasons of why this happened. I have my theories. Others have theirs. Probably doesn't matter now. I don't believe this team lacks heart, or is soft, or lacks the ability to compete. They play that way a lot for sure. But I don't believe that is this team's makeup. I feel that it is there, but it just has to be brought out. We can debate how to do that, and what needs to be done to do that. But that's how I see this team. And for me personally, the future of this team is still great in my opinion. Just need to get past his year. Salvage what you can form it. Make whatever moves are going to be made. It can only go up from here.

See my post above. I couldn't agree more that the fire is in there. Glad you see it that way.

There will come that day. In the mean time, what I wouldn't give for a beer. Only twenty four hours until my weekend begins

And what if the Flyers actually do go on a run and make the playoffs--ending any chance at Jones, Drouin, or McKinnon?

I would love to see the reactions of all you folks.

I'm curious to see the reactions when they don't sniff the playoffs, and don't get Jones, Drouin, or McKinnon.

The Flyers are dangerously close to "Trading for Kaberle" desperate.
- AGalchenyuk27

hopefully not. flyers should be in "trade vets for picks/young players" if they are making trades at all

jagr's on the brink of a milestone and leads the stars with 14 goals and 25 points. yep, it was a mistake to let him walk.

noseburn's out, and meszy is done for the year. cripes, it's amazing how our D corps simply CAN NOT stay healthy year in and year out. i just don't get it.

we need a sighing emoticon.

I can't shed any insight into the draft. But I'm sure they're not the only 3 quality players in the draft.

No but those 3 could all go #1 they just all happen to be in the same draft. Watching as many as I can as often as possible.
