Have to disagree. Different standards for different players = mixed messages to the whole group.

The same thing isn't expected out of every player, so yeah, the standards are going to be different. Every player is on the team for different reasons. If they're not playing up to the standards that are expected of them, it's the coaches job to address it. He did that. And now people have a problem with it.

Wouldn't "stupid penalties" = punishment apply to all players? Their are different expectations be because of skill sets, but there should be common expectations with regard to discipline.

Yep and noticed him laughing it up on the bench later in the game to another player.Dudes got serious maturity and reality issues.Really hope they can get rid of him and Stafford.
