matt cooke reformed? ill give it to you, but cookes moved on. julien brought all this negativity on him self and the team. believe me, bos does have some incredible personel and players. julien was a fav of mine up to that presser calling the habs divers. marchand, calling the habs out, but theres extensive video evidence showing infact hes the diver... in the end its all rather comical!

how is any of this relevant to the current discussion? the penguins have crosby and malkin centering their top two lines. the bruins do not. i don't think iginla said he didn't want to go to boston because claude julien thinks that the canadiens dive. give it a rest.

and i 100% agree with that.. i was more alluding to all the drama thats come of it. who wants to play for that kinda poop.... man i really loved julien up to that point. and i love what hes done for the bruins. dont get me wrong the habs have some drama of their own. but to publicly call out other players and then its shown the contrary is hilarious.

Pittsburgh has more names but, Boston could compete if they had a legit scorer. Honestly I'll be shocked if it happens. Most likely Whitney is coming to Boston and PC is done after that.

I agree. I think it is about winning. The questions regarding Iggy's sexuality and the fairly high proportionate homosexuality in Pitt are mere coincidence. Iggy is perfect for Pitt and will help them win.

I saw an interview from Joe N. yesterday and he said they're interested in resigning him. I know he's only on a one year deal and have no idea if he's got any type of NMC, but like the guy above says, he's still a very good puck possession guy. He sticks that big ass out there and you can't get around it. Hell of nice consolation prize....if you can even call him that.

It's called ZERO leverage. In any negotiation, when you have "zero leverage", there's a very good chance you'll look like a fool. We witness it all the time with our minor league baseball team.

Feaster was deservedly percieved a fool for that O'reilly blunder, but he had no control over this deal.

Besides, that kid will jump at the chance to sign with an NHL team.

I already mentioned that Hanowski is a free agent in August this morning on the Flames board. It's absolutly ridiculous. Why would he sign with the Flames now? Why not wait until August and field offers from everyone? Feaster should be fired.
