Am I the only one that doesn't want Kipper on Toronto? He doesn't seem motivated at all, he's having a lousy season and has had injuries. I know he probably isn't getting moved, but if he somehow does, I hope it's elsewhere.

Ribeiro, Statsny, or Clowe. Have a feeling Leafs will try and get one of them. Or maybe Ribeiro & Clowe. But I think we need another Dman, stay at home dman.

With Crosby? Maybe 60 in Calgary without a 1C but with Crosby the sky is the limit.

Some depth with playoff experience would be nice, hopefully won't cost a whole lot.

Toronto should be looking for a stay at home bottom pairing defenseman that could bring some physicality to the game. I'd also be looking for a bottom 6 forward with size. Who knows who's really out there, but that's what I see Toronto going after.

I bet Washington hangs on to Ribeiro to try and make a late playoff push. Anybody consider the possibility of Brent Burns?

clowe has been sucking serious donkey knob this season, so shouldn't garner more than a 3rd or low level prospect.
I think we need a bit more nasty in the line-up for the stretch and playoffs and his role has disappeared in SJ.

The hope that he finds his game will make for lots of interest. GM's gamble hard right now and a bidding war will make him worth more. He might still cost a late first if there's enough interest.

I'd make a pitch for Smithson out of FLA for some bottom 6 depth though.
