Totally agree with this. You'll always have a gap between rich and poor. The goal imo should be raising the poor as much as you can without hampering competition and innovation.

True, and there should always be a gap. We as a people perform at our best when we have something to strive towards, and communism goes a long way towards eliminating that.

What has hampered it is the meddling of government agenda's through corporate and consumer taxation. If left to it's own accord, the functions of supply and demand would actually enhance every society (not just the west).

That is not competition. That is extortion and it is why capitalism is called the race to the bottom. Who will get there first.

Yeah, Ricky started poopting the bed once he got his new contract. Now he can't throw strikes if his life depended on it. Happ was on a mission to get a starting position this year, and he did a great job in doing so. I'm excited to watch Johnson, he's been throwing smoke all spring.
