Also depends on the moods and the times though.

There was a time (around Bagelgate I think) where everyone all over the site was getting banned for everything.

It was horrible.

But usually it's okay.

at first glance the twins appear to be joined at the pelvis... and looks like legs are coming out where the crotch should be... or so I thought...

closer examination reveals they are actually joined at the hips, and both vag's are right there in the pic. So, someone overly sensitive might decide that it's kiddie porn... I suppose.

and when you add the comment "imagine the jock this would need" ... well... ya

In my defence, they are like 8-9 months old and severely deformed... not that easy to tell what you are looking at
