That seems like a lateral move at best for Calgary. It definitely does nothing for them if they're serious about this rebuild. I think Toronto should just sit tight this year. It looks like they're probably going to make the playoffs, everything that happens after that is a bonus. They'll be in a much better position to fill needs in the summer when teams are forced to make moves to get under the cap.
