Actually, I saw Brent Burns play in 3 separate tournaments here in Las Vegas with former pros and other soon-to-be-draft-picks. Played defense the whole time. It was about 2 months before the draft took place.
Never followed him as a youngster but I do remember that. |

What Grabo are you watching? I've seen him plently of time rush into the zone and lose the puck because he could get through the last 3 guys in front of him.
He also obviously sucks on the faceoff when Kulemin is taking faceoffs over him.

I can't find the stat but I'm pretty sure Grabo's over 50% over his career. He's been losing a lot this season, maybe the 1C's he's taking them against are just better than him. But he was better than Bozak last year.
Also confidence is an interesting thing, he looks like his gloves are 2 sizes too big this year but over the last few years he's proven time and time again to be an effective stick handler. |
