If they can afford to play their 6th defenseman (kid) less than 10 mins a game and still win...I don't see why they wouldn't try them all. If they manage to lead by a bigger margin you give him more minutes, if you lose he's on the bench...

question is, do you try to bring Ryder back? at 3.5 i think it's a no brainer but i think at this point, coming off these 2 really productive seasons, someone willt offer 4.5-5 on a 3-4 year deal.
