Price doesn't inspire confidence in the fan base (at least not to all), because he doesn't have Roy's fire/drive or Dryden's effectiveness/calm... he's sort of in between and you never know when he'll be too motivated and try to do too much or too calm and look lackadaisical...

It seems that when he's on, he's on...but he can lose it at anytime...but when he's off, he's really off and he's not getting it back in that game...

Dryden's strength was all mental. With such a great team he would face very few shots but kept them in the game with a big quite often acrobatic stop when needed. Getting a lot of shots is easier in a lot of ways like Roy in a lot of games..
