It seems to me its time for Nashville to bring in a top six forward and/or more grit. Probably not before the trade deadline, but this summer. Erat, Fisher, Legwand, Kostitsyn, Hornqvist, Wilson Bourque, Beck (hasn't fully proven himself but looks good so far,) and Smith all are viable PREDATORS top six players. With Bartley looking good and Ellis and Blum fighting for a spot, it is time to unload one or two defensive prospects (depending on if we get Dekeyser or not.) I say dump Kostitsyn, Legwand, and Blum (if we get Dekeyser). I say Legwand because Wilson should be a second or first line center and it might be time for Watson to come up. If we get Dekeyser we won't need Blum.

I hate to say ths but here it goes!!! I have 5 boys who play hockey & have watched over 150 games this year. Mostly travel hockey but some house rec hockey & have been doing this happily for 4 years. I never seen 3 goals on 3 shots & 9 goals in 1 period ever!!!! I have seen a lot of poopty hockey over the years but tonight has my head spinning. This team does not want anything to do with BT! I never seen a team outcoached in a long time!

Would you guys stop making me defend BT? What does letting in four HORRIBLE goals have anything to do with Trotz getting outcoached?

Hell...the Preds actually played pretty damn good for most of the game...but you can't win if your goalies play like absolute garbage.

Agreed. Hard to win when your goaltending doesn't show up. Overcoming 7 goals is almost impossible for any team.
