well he technically has to. the player can give a list of acceptable teams but my understanding is, the NTC isn't waived until the player formally signs off on ONE team. at least this is the case with full NTCs like Iggy has.

All Canadian ECF? Id be shocked if the Pens don't at least make it to the ECF. An ECF or SCF loss wouldn't surprising, but a first or 2nd round exit would be a pretty big upset.

For sure. IMO the Bruins would be just as scary if they can add another piece like a top 6 forward or a top 4 d-man(whichever is the greater need). Soderberg also sounds like a legit player and should provide some nice depth for the B's.
