I couldn't have imagined a deal worse than this. The 1st rounder is conditional so we may not even get the most important part of the deal. Feaster deserves to be fired I've had it with him. We need somebody competant. I would have rather let Iggy walk as a UFA than give Boston the satisifaction of knowing they fleeced us of the bestt player to play for our team. This is a sad sad day.

I'm not going to sit here and rant about Feaster...because CLEARLY this deal was about Jarome going to where he wanted to go. Bottom line, Iggy wanted to go to Pitt, and the Flames granted him his wish (as they should). Classy move by the Flames, go get your cup Iggy! |

Kudos to Jay Feaster.... not for taking a lesser trade than what may have been out there... but he gave Calgary's best franchise player the choice where he wanted to go.... you know Iginla wanted to play with Crosby and not Krejci... We gladly accept... I've always been an Iginla fan and hope the Pens can get him a cup... Iginla jersey is on order! |
