Can't believe a 4th liner who is good at shootouts gets waived today and you guys are spending more time talking about smushing Jokinen into the lineup.

a 29 year 30 goal scorer will get 'smushed' into someones line-up.

Wait you want a PPG first line center for a guy having one of his worst seasons ever?

Do go on, this is a fascinating revelation.

- AdamFrench

Not only that, but he just gives the puck away A LOT. Isn't worth the $ either.

Leafs Made the Playoffs This Week

By HOWARD BERGERMEISTER

TORONTO (Mar. 26) – Though points are bogus and skewed in the overtime/shootout era, Maple Leafs will finally bust their seven-year playoff drought this spring. Why? Because they ended a plague against Boston, garnering three of four points in back-to-back encounters. That alone proves how different this club truly is.

Chill Winston........ I am going to the game tonight. My record this year is 6-1.

We will win.

Leafs 5
Fla 2

I've seen that score somewhere before.

Yes, my Leafy friend, but let's do some fun extrapolation:

Leafs win tonight and Thursday: 35 GP, 42 pts.

Carolina loses tonight and Thursday: 32 GP, 32 pts.

That's some serious breathing room.

- Atomic Wedgie

Still plenty of time for a 4 - 5 game slump.

Lets take it one game at a time.
These are the leafs after all.....even with a lot of breathing room, they will still find a way to choke.

One game at a time.
They have to win tonight or......humanity will be lost forever.
That's my prediction.

Agreed.. I could really see the Leafs losing this one tonight, and Carolina seems to have are number lately.. We lose two in a row and things will be looking real tight...

I will go on the record here.

If Kuli plays a full year with Nazmanian Devil, he will score 30 goals again.

There I said it.
