JVR needs to park his ass in front of the net like he did the first 1/3 of the season. I saw at least three opportunities for him to do that yesterday when he was floating around the boards.

Oh yeah he's been slumping lately but he could definitely be a 30 goal scorer consistently.

His compete level might be questionable. I think he gets lazy, as far as work ethic. The game where he cycled through the zone, came out, than cycled back through all by himself reminds me that this guy has talent - he just doesn't put forth the effort.

If he's never scored 30 goals, it may be a stretch to say he can score 30 consistently.

Was his issue in college too, have to hope he can pull a Blake Wheeler and figure it out by his mid-twenties (next two years or so).
