Funny reading all the comments regarding last nights game.... It was the boys 5th game in 7 nights. I don't give a poop who was awful as long as the two points are in the books.
You armchair quarterbacks have no clue how hard it must be to play at that level an then play a rested team. Injury depleted or not the Panthers are professionals and the Leafs did what they had to do to get 2 points and it didn't have to be pretty. 'That's why this team will be going to the playoffs and probably going in higher than 6th seed.

I think Carlyle coached an amazing game.
It was putting the Kessel line together for the 3rd which gave them just enough energy to top a teasm they should beat when fresh.

Yeah Carlyle did a great job yesterday to inspire life...

He is weak on D, thats for sure....but he makes some really nice passes in the O-zone

in the end all anyone will remember is the win

they have also played 5 games in the past week.. were on the second of a back to back.. had to travel from boston the night before and both goals against were deflections

they did fine.
