I hate both of those cars. People driving them are not only trendy douches, they completely misunderstand the laws of physics, and what happens when your tiny tin can of a car gets hit by anything bigger than a pedestrian. And if flyfreaky is the pedestrian, even that'd be an issue.


I'm looking at a decent hatchback, an elantra GT or mazda 3. Looks decent, convenient, not a gas guzzler, and I can actually park it downtown.


*might* go with a used Sonata- there are some pretty good deals on those.

Don't go mazda!!! two friends of mine both purchases mazda 3's and one thing after another goes wrong with them. I'd steer clear if I were you. Just my two cents though!

At least the ACC has urinals. I remember when the Sabres still had the troughs to piss in. Haven't been to Ralph Wilson Stadium in awhile but they had those too.

Sens games I just strap on a pee bag - love leaving the game and then a hour later getting out of the parking lot and then driving home for 1.5 hrs in a snow storm - my fav!!!, Especially couple years ago - free tix ( didn't even really want to go ) watching TBL and SENS score a whopping 1 goal and TB's top line didn't crack a sweat - imagine paying the $175 per and then you get to watch poop and pay $ 10 a pint and $10 for a piece of poopy pizza pizza grease!!!!

Now I don't even take the free tix unless T.O. Is playing and then I still have to think hard about it!!!!!

Yeah he's been sliding down the ranks. Drouin was impressive at the WJC but I'm more surprised with Barkov ranked #2. Heard he was good, must be kicking some butt lately.

My experience is that Subaru makes the most reliable cars on the planet.

Nothing goes wrong. Problem is they are all butt ugly, but then again so am I so it's a good fit.

Funny reading all the comments regarding last nights game.... It was the boys 5th game in 7 nights. I don't give a poop who was awful as long as the two points are in the books.
You armchair quarterbacks have no clue how hard it must be to play at that level an then play a rested team. Injury depleted or not the Panthers are professionals and the Leafs did what they had to do to get 2 points and it didn't have to be pretty. 'That's why this team will be going to the playoffs and probably going in higher than 6th seed.

I had a Mazda 3, loved it, had no mechanical problems with it at all. The issue I had is that after 3 years it started to show rust bubbles below the paint around the rear fenders and trunk tail light. I take very good care of my cars, and get them undercoated every fall. Very disappointed to see the rust that fast.

I then traded it in for a Dodge Journey as the family was growing. Big mistake. It has problems and burns way too much oil, issues with brakes, leak in the radiator, worn inner tie rods needed replacing, and to top it off the Number 2 piston started to misfire and it has been at the dealership for 2 weeks now waiting for authorization from Dodge to get new parts to replace the piston. I have no idea when I am going to get it back.

It is only 3 years old with 50500 km on it...pathetic.

Unlike many of the douches that you speak of, I didn't have a car bought for me (almost have enough for one though ), so I either biked or bused. Had to take a cab to an exam once, after waiting half an hour for a bus up Richmond.... a bus that was supposed to come once every, what, 5/10 minutes?

It's a game they would typically lose in other years. I finally think they have a winning mentality and determination to get to the dance.

I think the only teams they could not possibly beat in the first round are Pittsburgh and Boston. So let's hope they can find a way to get to 6th and play the winner of the Southeast.
