Hope the Leafs pluck Jokinen, but something tells me he'll be swiped up by another team lower in the standings....surprised Carolina couldn't land anything for him.

You're thinking of Robert Reichel.

We already have full roster problems. Inserting Jokinen would mean Hamilton/Frattin would have to go down.

Ok, and....Hamilton sucks, and so does Kostka. If anything, we need the competition in the forward ranks, especially if it allows us to shop Bozak for a return.

kostka was our best d-man last night.. by a long ways

and hamilton plays that gritty style all teams need to succeed

we finally have the kind of hard nosed depth we've been screaming about for half a decade and then when we get the guys who play that way, everyone wants them gone

If we sent Hamilton down we'd still have to choose between JvR, Frattin or Jokinen.

Kostka sucked last night, both times he missed passes by Grabovski.

Hamilton is a plug, please take off your Leaf goggles, I hope he does not play another game on the big club.

Having Jokinen on our team is clearly an upgrade over Hamilton.

Kostka was good last night. He, like the others is good and bad, thats the way she goes with a young team, but I'm liking the development. Leafs are still growing and are sitting 6th, very nice I'de say.

Maybe true but Peg isn't trading him while they make the playoffs for the first time.

Incorrect, he was easily one of the best last night in the D zone. I don't care if he can't produce at the other end of the ice. He makes smart plays down low and gets the puck moving out of the Leafs end of the rink better than most of the other guys on the team.

You Luff him long time... I wanted Hamilton to punch Bartowski in the face last night but he kept his composure. Hamilton's a big boy, glad he was given a chance to play some.
