What was it? a 2nd round pick?
- Pecafan Fan

Yup, three times.
2012/02/16 Tampa Bay Lightning traded Dominic Moore and a seventh-round draft pick in 2012 to the San Jose Sharks for a second-round draft pick in 2012 previously acquired from the Minnesota Wild.
2010/02/11 Florida Panthers traded Dominic Moore to the Montreal Canadiens for 2nd-round draft pick in 2011.
2009/03/04 Toronto Maple Leafs traded Dominic Moore to the Buffalo Sabres for a 2nd round selection in 2009.

I love one of Boston's break out plays they use ver often. Not sure why no one has caught on to it yet, but they like to have their Dman in the low corner with the puck. Then their centre starts full steam up the center of the ice, drawing the fore-checking centre with him for coverage. This seems to open up a clear path for a cross ice feed to a streaking winger on the far side of the ice.

They use if so often against the Leafs, kind of boggles my mind that they can continue to do a cross ice pass over and over and not have some pick it off, but they do.

Coaching. Julien knew what RC's gameplan was and exploited it.

not really. some experiment with stick length all the time. As was mentioned earlier some use different lengths for PK and regular shift/PP.
- Big_Lightnin

For me it really kept guys off balance... because when they defend you in the ozone.. I can keep the puck further away from them.. but in the dzone... they were always off put by how long my reach was... with the longer stick... it worked really well for me... I am sure for Bozak it would work even better... as he is much more talented...

It depends what your talking about. A guy could add an inch but your not gonna jump to a stick 6 inches longer on a wim, that would take a while to get used to.

Yeah especially when you want to hit and bang... a good hard shaft is the only way to go...

I had dzone sticks that were the max level.. and added an extension to even make it longer.. to stick handle out I used to shorten my grip a bit.. and shooting is different.. but all the rest is the same..

81 17 38 55 (22 years old)

vs

37 8 19 27 (24 years old even though not full season it was strictly speaking his rookie year)

Lowest

82 15 17 32

71 7 20 27 (Would have a monster playoffs in Carolina after his trade from Tampa)

Highest

73 18 29 47 (26)

81 30 35 65 (26)

Only one season under 30 points, only one season under 40 points.

That extra 8 inches on my stick.. made it easy to poke check in the Dzone.. it totally threw them off... the bonus is I had to move less to make a play.. took some power off of the clearances... but when you make them right.. power has nothing to do with it..

Chara's stick length is one of the reasons he can dominate such a wider area in the Dzone...
