Not trying to be a homer, but why is that not tripping?

Pretty much conditioning? This is his first game without the cage. MT @RandyJMiller: If (McGinn's) that good, why was he back in minors?

I love seeing Miller show that deep knowledge of sports

needless turnover by McGinn leads to a penalty.

I guess the kid is learning fast from the other guys.

How could a team with Nash, Gaborik, Richards, Callahan, be so bad offensively, but so good defensively with Steve Eminger taking a regular shift?

Attention to team defense. Same reason a team with Peter Harrold in it's top six makes it to the SCF

A big thing I am seeing in this game is the Rangers trying to stretch out the Flyers. Lava just said they are trying to keep guys back.

Regarding your question notice the sheer dominance of the Rangers along the boards. Not every shift but most of the time when its down low in either end, or along the boards the Rangers dominate.

Flyers need to work harder to win the little battles and get the puck into the harder areas of the ice.

Winning those same battles would allow the team to break out of their own zone by getting control of the puck.
