I agree it's not even close right now.

He also has a really tight leash this year. I want to see if he keeps it up after Chicago lifts their zero-tolerance policy on him.

His whole demeanor seems to be different though. He seems much more down to earth. I think part of it is a maturity thing though. We have to remember, he is only 24 years old.

The last time we played montreal... pk couldn't even skate with the puck... he lost it like 3 times sksting by himself in open space and had to go back and get it...

Not every player is compared to some penguins player like they are the pinnacle.. you act different this year... you used to be equal and unbiased and now every comment u make is eithet aboit how bas the sabres are or how the penguins are the role models in every aspect.

Stafford and leo... I'd do it all day every day... I like our depth at wing without stafford on our 4th and no one wants leo here any way.

I don't like Subban because of his attitude and how he acts in the Media. He seems to care more about being a star than his team winning. Montreal is good this year, but thats what I've seen in the last few years.

He is better than Myers right now, but I think Myers has a ton more upside than Subban. I think PK has peaked or is near his peak of ability whereas Myers has the potential to be a dominant #1 D-man.

As it is now I think his problems lie with his work ethic. I think if someone can get through to him and get him to work harder in the off season and off the ice, I think he could really break out and be what he is supposed to be next year. Someone mentioned it here earlier but if he went to one of the high-performance camps like Gary Roberts' in Toronto I think that would help him immensely.

I also feel like Myers could put on about 10-15 pounds, and that would be helpful. 227 at 6'8''? that's really light.

You're crazy if you think Darcy can't get a second round pick for either of those players. Douglas Murray of San Jose got traded to Pittsburgh for 2 second round picks. Murray has 3 points this year and is a -8.

And don't forget, Paul Gaustad went for a 1st round pick last year!

I have no idea Why LA would trade away thier best prospect, why don't you ask Teddy Purcell, Wayne Simmonds, or Brayden Schenn?

In fairness you can't really call Simmonds a prospect. He had already played 3 full seasons in LA when he was traded. Purcell also had already played two seasons of 40 games quite uneventfully in LA, don't think he was exactly being considered a top prospect at that point either, more of a fringe NHLer.....he was more of a late bloomer
