Take it for what it's worth, but I just ended a phone call with a client in Alberta, CA. We have never talked hockey and he brought this up once I told him I was a Sabre fan. He is not a Calgary fan, he is an Edmonton fan, but he says all the talk is Iginla going to Sabres as a rental. A couple things concern me here.

1) Darcy probably thinks we are a contender
2) We move a bunch of young talent or a Roster player and a prospect or 2
3) I don't get why Iginla would waive to come to a struggling team that does not have a good chance at a run THIS season...
