Despres will be a healthy scratch or sent down now, so dont be shocked when that happens. - Gunner Staal
I've already thought this. It's complete BS too. |

It seems to me like this is not the end of Shero's magic, I see Jeffery, Engo, and Glass not being on the ice again for the Pens. - nbartley9
I don't see too many takers Engelland and Jeffrey. With the kinds of players that have been waived this year I see them ending up on the wire.
Glass seems physical enough for your guys as a 4th liner. What's the problem? |

This is quite interesting what they will do now. This most likely sends Despres to the press box. - drummer829
I would play Despres over Eaton. |

Yeah we talked about that as well, even after the kick him and Goldberg are still great friends.
Side note: best story from the lunch was how he likes to drink wine and shoot lizards with a bb gun at his pool in Hawaii. - nbartley9

Eaton has been a pleasant surprise in his return back but I agree. |

The one thing that upsets me is Murray and Depres would be an excellent pair... because Murray cant skate and well Depres can maybe compensate for that...
Edit:
Letang Orpik
Martin Niskanen
Depres Murray
Depres and niskanen could be swapped around |

And the game is easy for him based on the work he's already done. He put the right pieces in place. Every year while other teams are still baking a cake he's picking out the right icing. I praise him for the cake moreso than for his willingness to pick out icing. - Morris

Well hot damn, Shero is a busy man
@Real_ESPNLeBrun 2m
Am told the Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired Douglas Murray from the San Jose Sharks... trade call still pending - Gunner Staal
Shero has made this team very difficult with 2 moves without losing anyone from his current roster. Oh yea and improved his PK. Freaking genius this guy is. We just made ourselves a very tough out in the playoffs. Shero has made up for last year. |

Love the way Eaton is playing but Despres needs to play Eaton will still be Eaton when he plays. Might sit Niskanen. |

Seems like Shero likes experience. If Eaton plays over Despres I wouldn't be surprised. We have to trade Engelland now... |

Niskanen has been solid. Fact is, we have too many D men. Engelland and Bortuzzo are obvious players that need moved.

Yep. A couple of loose ends to clean up in terms of roster size and he's on his way. I doubt they even look for a top 6 winger, with the kind of chemistry the crosby line has right now.
The oilers have screwed up in being at the contract limit right now. There could be some primo table scraps to be had from Pittsburgh. |

Keep Engo... Try to trade Bortuzzo Injuries happen. Niskanen turns the puck over to much though. |

Pens are gonna have 8 Dman ready to go..... I dont why you think Engelland will be moved... he'll be in the press box waiting for the call with Depres/Eaton |
